Property Manager – as provided
Note: as our condo is a privately owned condo, Wyndham Reef Resort will only provide assistance in the case of an immediate emergency. Please contact either our property manager or us with any questions or concerns during your stay.
UNIT / RESORT INFORMATION:
- Telephones in unit – not available for external calls
- Thermostat – adjust as required for your comfort, we encourage the use of the ceiling fans, ideal temperature setting 75F (when A/C is on, we would greatly appreciate your keeping the balcony doors closed)
- Television – TV channels provided on list and NetFlix is accessible (press Home button in the middle of the remote and use your NetFlix login
- Garbage – during your stay, garbage can be taken to the resort garbage bins, located on the ground floor at the South end of the building (Note: if you desire to recycle, recycling can be taken to local recycling centers, which are located at the grocery stores: Fosters in Savanah and Hurley’s)
- Bathroom Showers – to turn on the shower, pull down on the bottom of the water spout
- Beach Towels – during your stay, please use the beach towels provided in the unit (Note: Wyndham front desk will not provide beach towels)
- Beach Chairs/loungers – feel free to relax on the beach loungers and enjoy the beach
- Fitness Club – the fitness club is located in the main building (see fitness club for hours of operation)
- Tennis Courts – the tennis courts are located next to the main lobby building
- Beach Volleyball – beach volleyball is located at the far South end of the resort
- Watersports – on-site watersports are located next to the beach bar
- Snorkeling – the reef at the beach is outstanding for snorkeling…also go to the dock at Morritts (adjacent resort) as there’s tons of sea-life under the Morritt’s dock
RENTAL CAR:
- Thrifty/Dollar (Grand Cayman) – 10% Discount on rental / Unlimited Mileage / Free Roadside Assistance (on the website below, reference “Bryon Breau” in the comments section to get the offer or when you call to book a reservation mentioned my name)
GROCERY STORES:
- Fosters IGA – located directly across the street, walking distance. This Fosters IGA is a smaller grocery store, the selection is less than the larger grocery stores in Georgetown, however good for top up groceries. Jacque Scotts liquor store is also located adjacent to Fosters.
- Hurley’s – located on the way from the airport on Shamrock Road (highly recommended) great selection (they also will deliver to Wyndham Reef Resort for a fee). Blackbeards Liquor is also located adjacent to Hurley’s
- Fosters (Airport location) – there’s a larger Fosters IGA located on the way from the airport on Dorcy Road (just after rental car area)
- Kirk Market – located on the other side of the airport (towards Seven Mile Beach), also a good grocery store, however it’s in the opposite direction from the airport. If you’re visiting Seven Mile Beach during your stay, worth stopping at Kirk Market

- Taco Cantina – located on the East Side in Gun Bay, approximately 5 minute drive
- Eastern Star Bar & Fish Fry – located on the East Side, approximately 10 minute drive

- Blue Rock Restaurant & Lounge – Blue Rock Cayman – located on the South Side in Half Moon Bay – Eat-Drink-Play, approximately 10 minute drive
- Rum Point Club / The Wreck Bar & Grill – located on the North Side (in Rum Point), approximately 15-20 minute drive. Our favourite to hang out for the day and relax at Rum Point, enjoy the beach and lunch
- Kaibo – Kaibo – located on the North Side (Rum Point area) along Water Cay Road, approximately 15 – 20 minute drive
- Kurts Corner – located on the North Side in Old Man Bay (along Frank Sound Road) with ocean front dining, approximately 10 minute drive
- David’s Deep Blue Restaurant & Bar – located adjacent to Wyndham Reef Resort at Morritt’s Resort, 2 minute walk along the beach to Morritt’s
- Coral Beach – located on Seven Mile Beach, great place to hang out for the day and enjoy Seven Mile Beach
- The Wharf Restaurant & Bar – also located on Seven Mile Beach (waterfront dining), great food

If you love snorkeling, as mentioned, the beach resort is outstanding for snorkeling and the dock at Morritt’s Resort (adjacent resort) has amazing snorkeling under the dock…here’s a few pictures:
We love spending the day at Rum Point, which is a 10 minute drive away…amazing beach, awesome food + drinks, free beach loungers and excellent water sports (Red Sail Sports)…very neat to see stingrays out by the boats…here’s a picture of me holding a sting ray:
Stingray City is Grand Cayman’s top tourist attraction, which brings you up close and personal with Grand Cayman’s friendly stingrays (very neat). Tours to Stingray City can be taken from Rum Point…here’s a few links:
